Terms
These terms describe use of TranslateImg and its image translation tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Any rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited remain in effect.
1. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly reporting unauthorized access. We may limit or suspend access when necessary to investigate abuse, protect other users or comply with legal requirements.
2. User content and permissions
You retain your rights to images and text you submit. You grant the permissions necessary for us and our service providers to process, store and return that content for your requested translation and related support. Do not upload material that infringes others’ rights, violates applicable law or exposes information you are not authorized to share.
3. Translation results
Machine translation may contain omissions, wording errors or layout changes. Review results before relying on them, especially names, numbers, instructions and important decisions. You are responsible for your use and distribution of results. The service does not provide certified translations or professional legal, medical or financial advice.
4. Credits and purchases
Prices, included credits and applicable periods are shown at purchase. A standard image translation currently uses one credit. One-time packs and subscriptions have different billing arrangements; a one-time pack does not itself create recurring billing. Unless specifically offered, buying more credits does not change the standard translation engine.
5. Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew according to the billing period and terms displayed at checkout until canceled. Manage or cancel through the available billing controls, or contact support for help. Cancellation stops future renewal as indicated by the billing system; it does not by itself promise a refund or reverse credits already used. Subscription credit allowances follow the period shown in your plan.
6. Refund requests and failures
Send refund requests to [email protected] with information needed to identify the purchase and explain the issue. Requests are reviewed according to the order, service delivery and applicable requirements. We do not offer an additional blanket unconditional refund promise here. Technical failures and credit discrepancies can also be reported for investigation; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
7. Acceptable use
Do not bypass account or credit controls, access another user’s tasks, interfere with the service, submit malicious files or use automated methods that place unreasonable load on it. Do not attempt to evade provider restrictions. We may enforce reasonable usage limits and remove access when these terms are breached.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful service, but availability and results depend on networks, infrastructure and third-party providers. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for every purpose, and our liability is limited accordingly. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes, disputes and contact
We may update features or these terms and will show the revised date. Material billing changes will be communicated through the relevant purchase or account flow. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. Mandatory protections that apply to you remain in effect.
